Things I have learned about the city.

1.You can label people as numbers.

2.Little Chinese people really do drive little cars or trucks.

3.There are people who have lots of money and a bad attitude just like you see in the movies.

4.You will spot a drug dealer.

5.You will need to pray allot.

6.The city is the easiest place to get prejudice.

7.You will see homeless people.

8.There are some very good restaurants around here.

9.Jesus is very forgiving and has lots of love for his people.

10.People like there dogs not yours same goes for people.

11.I used to watch movies were people lived in the city and I never believed some of the things I saw and now I do.

12.Be kind to anyone no matter what walk of life they come from.

Snow!!

It has been snowing here in Oklahoma city but nothing major.I might get to clean some roads with a skid steer.And that is my post for the day TTYL.

Me and my father are here in Oklahoma city staying with a good friend at his house.

Let me tell you what the definition of the saying "Burn unit"means. A "burn unit" is a house that somebody destroyed with gasoline and a match or a house destroyed by fire (short and sweet).Well the "Burn unit" me, my father, and his good friend are working on now, was destroyed by a match and a little gasoline and a very angry person.So you can imagine what we have to do to get that house livable and pass inspection.

Besides that I have been doing great,I wish I would have brought my guitar up here, now it's gonna take me sometime to get back into the rhythm of playing it again(not complaining).I am enjoying reading the books Dan and his wife Sue has here at his and her house, they almost have enough books to start a library and boy!! do I like the libary!!!.HMMM...what else,we had spaghetti,Brussel sprouts and garlic bread and a nice glass of tea for supper tonight, and it was very good and filling.

Some times we fall.

I always have great conversations with my mother,she helps me so much and encourages me.I recently heard a great story from my mother on are way up to Ada one day.Me and my mother were discussing how sometimes we fall and how the enemy likes to discourage us, telling us we are not good enough, we don't deserve forgiveness, or God don't love us because we are sinners.

My mother told me when Landon was little she told him to come in the house ,my mother was standing on the front porch when she said this. Landon come running to her but kept tripping, but he still got up and kept trying and running to her.The Lord told my mother "This is you" The Lord also said "Do you love that child any less when he falls?" my mother said "No".I thought that was awesome!.

Some times I fall and the enemy tries to keep me from getting up ,whispering lies to discouraging me from getting back up, but I get up and focus on Jesus, not what the enemy says but what God says."I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.Phl 3-14.

Satan may want me to ring the bell, but I never will, I will keep my eyes on Jesus and never quit pressing forward.

Random thought.

I was thinking about when I was little and how I thought of how the devil looked like at that young age. I used to think Satan had the normal 2 horns pitchfork red body kind of thing, and boo! here I am.I guess the closest thing to that description is a painted red billy goat with a pitchfork in a barn. .But as I got older, I realized Satan appears beautiful and is very devious and stealthy.
